On the night of graduation May 27th, the students will meet back up at Hays High School in Joe Graham Gym beginning at 10:00 PM. We will load the buses and head to Pinballz in North Austin.
While there the students will have access to the following areas:
Go Karts
Laser Tag
Bumper Cars
Axe Throwing
Laser Maze
Omniverse Virtual Reality
Escape Rooms
Mini Bowling
XD Dark Ride
Hologate Virtual Reality
Arcade games and much more
All you can play activities
During the event, we will have plenty of food and drinks for the kids.
Pizza
Chips, Queso, Salsa & Guacamole
Pretzel bites with Honey mustard
Motzzarella Sticks
Brownies & Cheesecake bites
Breakfast taco buffet with Eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese and salsa
French toast sticks
Unlimited Water, Tea, Coffee and Sodas during the event.

We need Chaperones for the night of the event in two different ways.
1. We need people to help check all of the kids in and get them separated by the busses. 2. We need chaperones for the actual event. Chaperones will ride the busses with the kids and we need a couple to drive in a separate car. They will all be able to do any of the activities, but will also be supervising the kids. Will be responsible for doing the raffle prizes and sorting out the goodie bags for the end of the event. |

Project Graduation Night Schedule
Info for 2025 PG25 attendees: (these are general guidelines and will be adjusted as we firm up the plan for the evening.)

- Meeting place after graduation is the HHS cafeteria. Do not be late – we will not have time to wait on late arrivals. Please plan to arrive to the Joe Graham Gym beginning at 9:30 PM - 10:00 PM.
- You should wear comfortable clothes and CLOSE TOE SHOES and socks.
- You will not be allowed to leave the gym once you have checked in.
- You may bring a cell phone, charger, drivers license and student ID with you, but no backpacks/purses, etc. will be permitted.
- When you get to the gym, you will be checked in and given your wristband and raffle tickets.
- We will start lining up to load buses at 10:00 pm and the buses will leave at 10:30 pm.
- When you load the buses you will be assigned a bus based on your last name. Do no ask to change buses – we are pressed for time and all buses are full – please load according to instructions. Any changes will delay us getting to Pinballz.
- We will return to the HHS cafeteria on Wednesday morning at 6:00 am.
- All students will be given a goodie bag as they get off the bus. This will have your prizes that you won at the event in them.
